Custom and personalized orders
Because of the nature of these items, I do not offer refunds for items ordered. If you are dissatisfied with your item for any reason, please feel free to contact me. If I have made an error in a spelling, or in following specific instructions provided by the buyer, I will correct the mistake at no cost to you. I encourage good communication with buyers, especially when custom orders are involved, so please check your email regularly for any additional questions asked regarding an item. I make every effort to ensure that your item arrives on time, with excellent quality workmanship and in good condition. I send everything through the USPS and cannot be held responsible for their negligence once in their possession.
Care instructions
All sewn items in fabric come with a care tag. Please follow instructions as labeled. If you are wanting a specific look after an article is washed, such as crinkling or a scrunchy look, especially with quilts, please specify that to me. I usually pre-wash all fabrics beforehand, but some people would prefer for me not to pre-wash an item. I suggest cold water wash with a mild detergent and to hang dry for the best results and longevity. I also encourage the use of color catchers in the washing machine to be used with quilts to avoid bleeding. My quilts and aprons are sewn with quality cotton, unless otherwise stated. Cotton can continue to shrink and bleed even after being laundered.
